VITA Tax Clinic Client Sign Up

To be eligible for VITA services, individuals must have household income under $67,000, and must not have any of the following:

• Any Cryptocurrency sales

• Rental property

• Self-employment income that includes over $35,000 in expenses, a net loss in 2025, employees, depreciation or amortization, or a home office

• Social Security cards for all taxpayers, spouses, and dependents - If you do not have your Social Security card, we can also accept form SSA-1099 if you receive Social Security benefits

• Government-issued Photo ID

• All applicable tax documentation
